Cheese and black bean Pupusa (thick, corn tortilla encased goodie) with corn tamale and plantains (With cream of course)!

Yummsters~ How can someone not like pan cooked plantains, which looks and tastes like a sturdier banana :D

 Zuppa de Pesce! Really good, though a bit salty. Came here twice, was ordered twice. 

 Sad this picture isn't as vivid as it could be, but presentation was good!

 Pan Roasted Half Chicken!! Would have been spot on if the skin was just a bit more crispy!

 

 Vegetables were cooked well, but someone had a heavy hand with the salt!!

 

Gotta appreciate that sear!!

 Dark chocolate-salted caramel brownie!!

 With Malted Milk ice cream!
